"We are Focused on Enhancing the Living Experience for Our Residents." - Says Sanwo-Olu on Odonla-Odogunyan Housing Estate Project Signing Off

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has affirmed that his administration is not only building homes but also focused on enhancing the living experience of Lagosians.

Sanwo-Olu made this known on his official x handle @jidesanwoolu, shortly after signing off the Odonla-Odogunyan Housing Estate Project, a collaborative initiative between the Lagos State Government and Access Bank Plc.

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News gathered that the Odonla-Odogunyan Housing Estate is billed to cover an impressive 9.98 hectares of land and will feature 704 units spread across 44 blocks, all consisting of modern 2-bedroom apartments. 

According to the governor, the housing project will include a cinema house, a playground, a water treatment plant, well-constructed road networks, and other modern amenities. 

Reflecting on the quality of the project, Sanwo-Olu proudly says, "We’re not just building homes. We are focused on enhancing the living experience for our residents."
