(1) Capricorn Zodiac: Born on January 8, 1959, her Zodiac is Capricon, an Earth Sign generally identified with being dynamic individuals who express a unique balance of confidence , humility and service to humanity. Noimot Salako was born on 8 January 1966 to the family of late Prof. Lateef Akinola Salako and Mrs Rahmat Adebisi Salako.
(2) Awori Woman:
She hails from Aworiland, Ota, in the Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State.
(3) Lecturer's Daughter:
Her father was a Nigerian academic who was professor emeritus of pharmacology and therapeutics at the University of Ibadan.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos.

She also holds a Master's degree in Public Health Engineering from the Imperial College of Science & Technology London, UK.
(6) Successful Career Before Foray into Politics:
Salako-Oyedele started her career at the United Kingdom, where she served as a Graduate Engineer and Project Manager at Ove Arup & Partners between 1989 and 1995. Engineer Salako-Oyedele also served as managing director, NOS Nigeria Limited between 1995 and 2014. She became the managing director/chief executive officer between 2014 and 2015 at Glenwood Property Development Company Limited where she served as general manager business development. She became the acting managing director, Grenadines Homes Limited in 2015, a position she held till she ventured into partisan-politics and emerged as the Ogun State Deputy Governor in 2019.
(7) Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers(FNSE)
She was conferred a Fellowship of the Nigerian Society of Engineers in 2023.
An honour that bears testament to her dedication and contribution to the field of engineering in Nigeria over the years.
(8) Fellowship of Nigerian Association of Engineering Craftsmen
She was honoured with an award of Fellowship of the Nigerian Association of Engineering Craftsmen, in recognition of contributions to development of Engineering profession in Nigeria in November 2024.

She is married to Alhaji Olabode Kachef Oyedele. She holds very deep family values and acts as a cystalizer and galvanizer amongst the Awori people and her family lines.

Since October 1st, 1979 when the first Deputy Governor of Ogun State, Chief Olusesan Akanbi Soluade (who lived 1933 - 2013) of the then Unity Party of Nigeria worked with the First Civilian Governor of Ogun State, Late Chief Olabisi Onabanjo between 1979 and 1983, EngrMrs. Noimot Salako-Oyedele is the 7th democratically elected Deputy Governor of the Gateway State.
