President Tinubu Swears In Seven New Ministers Today– Presidency

President Bola Tinubu will today, Monday, November 4, 2024 swear in seven newly appointed ministers into his cabinet.

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Mr Bayo Onanuga, made this known on Sunday through his X handle @ aonanuga1956

According to Onanuga, “President Bola Tinubu will swear in the new seven ministers today.

The ministers to be sworn in include:Dr Nentawe Yilwatda – Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction; Muhammadu Dingyadi – Minister of Labour and Employment; Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu – Minister of State Foreign Affairs.

“Others are: Dr Jumoke Oduwole – Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment (Trade and Investment), Idi Maiha – Minister of Livestock Development; Yusuf Ata – Minister of State, Housing and Urban Development; and Dr Suwaiba Ahmad – Minister of State Education.

OTN News recalls that the Senate confirmed these ministers on October 31, following a major cabinet reshuffle by Tinubu on October 23.

It will also be recalled that during the last cabinet shake up, 10 ministers were reassigned to new portfolios, 5 were discharged, and seven new nominees were submitted for Senate approval.
