The traditional ruler of Ibese land in Yewa area of Ogun State, HRM Oba Rotimi Oluseyi Mulero (Ilufemiloba Olokojobi III) has extended royal hands of partnership to investors and strategic entrepreneurs who have a track record of integrity like the Pelican Estates CEO, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo to do business in Ibese kingdom.
The royal father made this known during an exclusive interview with OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News at the official commissioning of Pelican Ecostay Apartments at Masa Village, Kobape, Abeokuta on Wednesday evening, affirming that Ibese land is also ready to accommodate Pelican Estates.
Oba Mulero, whose Ibese kingdom currently hosts the cement factory of Dangote Group revealed that his fast growing, peaceful and an industrialized kingdom like Ibese has assured the Pelican Estate CEO of massive support, noting that Ibese cannot resist the progressive idea of accommodating an investor that has demonstrated positive business traits of consistency and honesty like Ambassador Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo in Ibese land.
The Yewa monarch therefore revealed that his open invitation to the Pelican Estate CEO to expand his exceptional real estate business to Yewa land totally reflects the wishes of the accommodating people of Ibese who according to him, "are equally ready to accommodate the front line real estate firm in fast-growing Ibese Kingdom."
OTN News further reports that the Aboro of Ibese land was thereafter accorded the task of unveiling the longest road at the newly commissioned Pelican Ecostay Apartments which was named "Aremo Olusegun Osoba Drive", after the former Governor of Ogun State.
