Reports reaching the news desk of OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) have it that the wife of Victory Life Bible Church founder Revd. Fola Achudume is dead.
The sad news of the death of Revd. Fola Achudume was today broken to the congregation of the church during the Sunday service in Abeokuta by the Assistant General Overseer of the church, Pastor Adeoye Adeyanju.
Pastor Adeyanju, noted that Rev. Fola Achudume died in the early hours of Saturday.
“At this juncture, I want to announce to VLBC members, everyone, friends that early hours of yesterday, our mother, Rev. Fola Achudume has gone to be with the lord ,” the Pastor soberly announced.
OTN recalls that the deceased wife of the General Overseer who would have clocked 56 in September 6, had previously been reported certified dead some ten(10) years ago, precisely in 2014, when the charismatic family gave a testimony and floated a family thanksgiving after the Pastor's wife came back to life after she was said to have been confirmed dead by doctors after bleeding to death during a surgical operation.
The late Revd. Fola Achudume in her life time was a Pastor's wife, author, women empowerment advocate, a sought- after public speaker and philanthropist who will be remembered by many in Christian circles for the Royal Ladies International group founded by her to address issues affecting relationships, marriage, women in business and other issues of feminine interests.
It is record in the media circles that Revd. Mrs. Fola Achudume, in her life time, empowered thousands of women through her Royal Ladies International group.
OTN News reports that Revd. Fola Achudume who would have turned 56 on September 6, left behind a legacy of faith, compassion, service to God and humanity while she will be sorely missed for her impacts in the pentecostal church circles in Nigeria and beyond.
