Just when many people would halt site activities for 2025 under the guise that the year has coasted to an end, the management of Pelican Valley Nigeria Ltd has made a new move targeted at up scaling infrastructural development as it begun the immediate connection of the Avenue Impact(AVI) corridor of the Pelican Brief Estate Kobape to the national grid, installation of CCTV and street lights, adding huge value to the Foreign Direct Investments of investors in the Estate.
OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pelican Valley Nig Ltd, Amb (Dr) Babatunde Adeyemo, disclosed this on Tuesday evening shortly after on-the- spot assessment and inspection of projects in the estate.
Ambassador Adeyemo emphasized that the upgraded section of the estate identified as AVI street caters mainly for the upwardly mobile IT expert Nigerians in the diaspora, who in their hundreds have keyed into the Pelican Valley real estate products.
He further stated that "The on – going CCTV and streetlight installation are meant to reciprocate and complement the massive development going on in the AVI street.
The multiple-award winning real estate entrepreneur further told newsmen that no fewer than 700 investors from the diaspora, now have over a hundred on- going developments in the Pelican Brief estate, Kobape.
In his words, “We have procured a multi million naira road compactor and we have also commenced delivery of stone base materials on our roads in preparation for the laying of our roads interlocking stones.
” The Avenue Impact street in the Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape was created for a group of United Kingdom based IT experts, who discovered me online, invited me over to the UK for their annual winter ball and in the end, they keyed into our products.
“Today, they have not only gotten their lands and houses documentations and allocation, but some who bought lands have also gotten there building plans approved and site Constructions are ongoing on the Avenue Impact street and other parts of the Estate. This is the power of globalisation”.
