President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Engineer Noimot Salako-Oyedele, the Deputy-Governor of Ogun State, on her 60th birthday on January 8, 2026.
OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that the felicitations was conveyed in a press statement on Wednesday by the Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy), Bayo Onanuga.
According to him, "President Tinubu describes Engineer Salako-Oyedele as a consummate professional who has brought the discipline, hard work, and creativity of the boardroom into governance."
The President also commends the Deputy Governor for her resilience and steadfastness, demonstrated by her stewardship since 2019 and commitment to purpose and progressive ethos.
Mrs Salako-Oyedele, an engineer, earned a master’s degree in Public Health Engineering from the Imperial College of Science & Technology, London, UK, and had led top businesses before venturing into politics.
President Tinubu joins the Salako-Oyedele family, the government, and the people of Ogun State in celebrating Madam Deputy Governor on this milestone and wishing her many happy returns", the statement concludes.
