Nigerian-American Explains Why He Invented Detachable Electric Vehicle Solar Charger

A Nigerian-American businessman, Dr
Osayande Aghaze has explained the rationale behind his invention of the detachable electric vehicle (EV) solar charger.

Dr. Aghaze revealed that the innovative device, which according to him, will be available to the public effective from Wednesday, January 1, 2025, was not only designed to alleviate the crippling fuel crisis in Nigeria, and other parts of Africa, but to promote a greener ecosystem.

According to the Technopreneur, "The fuel crisis in Nigeria has reached a breaking point,” adding that “It is time for a sustainable and affordable solution.

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA OTN News further gathered that the detached EV solar charger offers a viable alternative to fossil fuels, providing Nigerians with a cleaner, greener, and more cost-effective way to power their vehicles."

In addition to providing financial relief to Nigerian motorists who are already burdened by fuel price hikes,  Dr. Aghaze explained that the detachable EV solar charger also contributes to a healthier planet.

According to him, by reducing reliance on fossil fuels, the device helps to mitigate climate change and improve air quality.
