Nigeria Shines to The World As Nigerian Gospel Singer, Nathaniel Bassey Gets Invitation to Trump’s Inaugural Prayer Breakfast

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that renowned Nigerian pastor and gospel minister Nathaniel Bassey has received a prestigious invitation to minister at the Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast for U.S. President-elect, Donald Trump.

The gospel minister, Bassey, who confirmed his participation on Instagram, stated, “Let’s raise a sound in America. See you on January 20, 2025.”

OTN News further reports that the event, set for January 20, 2025, in Washington, D.C., will precede the swearing-in ceremony of Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance.

OTN News gathered that the gathering, which is a non-governmental and non-political affair, will be hosted by Reverend Merrie Turner.

Furthermore, the prayer breakfast, to be held at the prestigious Waldorf Astoria Presidential Ballroom, will feature a distinguished lineup of speakers, including Dr. Alveda King and Pastor Mario Bramnick.
