In a viral video trending on X (formerly twitter), the driver was seen arguing with LASTMA officials before lighting up his vehicle.
Unfortunately, one of the mediators was affected by the fire and got partially burnt, racing away only to narrowly escape contact with an incoming fuel tanker.
As the commercial driver attempted to set the vehicle on fire, the LASTMA Officials could be seen running away with their vehicle from the scene as some passer-by ran after them to stop them.
However, it is not clear why the traffic officials wanted to arrest the driver.
