The Ogun State Government has officially congratulated Mr. Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi on his appointment as the Director General of the State Security Service (DSS) by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun described Ajayi as an ideal candidate whose professional profile is perfectly fit for the task.
OPEN TELEVISION Naija (OTN) News reports that, the Government of the Gateway state, in a statement signed by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Strategy, Hon. Kayode Akinmade, has described Ajayi’s rise through the ranks of the DSS as a demonstration of his dedication and expertise, which will significantly enhance Nigeria’s security framework.
The statement also praised President Tinubu's knack for identifying top talents, noting that Ajayi has earned his place through years of dedication to intelligence and national security, bringing a strong track record of leadership and operational effectiveness.
"On behalf of the Government and people of Ogun State, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi, a distinguished son of our State, on his appointment as the new Director General of the DSS."
"His extensive experience in intelligence makes him well-suited to further strengthen Nigeria's security systems."
