A.Y.E Assembly Unveils New Year Theme, Names Year 2025 As "Our Year of Leading"

Africa's Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E) organisation, the largest entrepreneurship network in Africa, covering no fewer than 20 African countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada has unveiled its thematic focus for the new year 2025, capturing the essence of the year as a year of leading in all ramifications.

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that the unveiling of the new year theme took place during the last assembly of the Africa-based global entrepreneurship group which took place virtually, late Saturday evening.

The Founder and President of the group, Dr. Summy Smart Francis while announcing the new theme revealed that Africa has a huge leadership deficit to catch up with if the continent must take its rightful place among the comity of nations.

He further revealed that the group has earmarked 52 incredible sessions of effective training of all members and participants in the weekly Entrepreneurs Assembly of the group, to ensure that the thematic focus and theme is fully actualized.

Dr Francis argued that contrary to popular perceptions, the must vacant seats in life are not the seats of followers but that of leaders. 

He therefore encouraged all young entrepreneurs to join the platform and learn, unlearn and relearn vital leadership tips, principles and practices capable of catapulting them to significant leadership positions in the business, political and other spheres of influences in the society.

OTN News recalls that A.Y.E under the leadership of Dr Summy Smart Francis in addition to its weekly virtual assembly that features powerful entrepreneurship trainings, knowledge sharing, networking and mentoring programmes, hosted the Global Entrepreneurship Conference which paraded Entrepreneurship from across the world in the last quarter of the year.
