An international personal development coach and TEDX speaker, Omobabinrin Adeola Osideko has urged Entrepreneurs across the world, especially those in Africa, to prioritize their personal development and personal branding in order to achieve trans-generational optimisation of their potentials.
Osideko who is the Founder of The Iconic Brand Africa, gave this charge while featuring as the guest speaker on the August 10 edition of The Entrepreneurs Assembly, a weekly event organized by Africa's Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E) organization.
OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that Osideko, while taking the largest gathering of young entrepreneurs in Africa through an indepth session on various non-negotiable components and requirements for successful personal branding emphasized that every entrepreneur must develop a winsome Elevator Pitch and master the art of projecting it at every given opportunity.
The Forbes BLK member further told participants at the virtual assembly that entrepreneurs who want to succeed at personal branding must answer the question ,"What exactly do I want to be known for ?",noting that the answer to that all-important question is a function of what a person considers to be his or her topmost priority.
Among other things, Osideko articulated the fact that entrepreneurs in this age must learn, unlearn and re-learn tech and non-tech skills to remain relevant in the business space and in global scheme of affairs.
The wrap up session at the Entrepreneurs Assembly, August 10 Edition, saw participants from Nigeria, other African countries and other parts of the world, asking questions and getting answers during the interactive session of the Assembly, convened by the Founder/President A.Y.E Dr.Summy Smart Francis.
OTN News recalls that or Africa's Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E) organisation is the largest entrepreneurship network in Africa, covering no fewer than 20 African countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada with its organisational mantra that states; "If You Can Achieve This Much Alone, How Much More Can We Achieve Together".
