In a move poised to make this year's Sallah celebration to linger on in the memories of children, Nigeria's frontline real estate entrepreneur, Ambassador (Dr) Babatunde Adeyemo, has hosted children to a fun-filled Sallah fun fair 

The Sallah fun fair which held at The Podium, a pleasant private lounge within the Pelican Valley Estate Laderin hosted children, parents, the estate landlords, consultants and mentors of Ambassador Adeyemo with the participants treated to sumptuous Sallah meals and drinks.

During the fun – filled celebration, he gave out cash prizes to two of the kids that best performed in a challenge competition on recitation of the first stanza of the reintroduced “Nigeria we hail thee…” National Anthem.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, the Nigerian foremost real estate firm behind Pelican Valley Estate Laderin; where unusual home happens, Pelican Brief Estate, Pelican Ecostay Apartments and Pelican’s Greenish Acre Farm Estate at Kobape corridor of Ogun State, said children are precious gifts and blessings from Allah that should be raised with tolerance by parents.

Adeyemo, who many now refer to as the state government ministry of Urban & Physical Planning ‘Poster boy of real estate,’ further said that the future belongs to the children, not just of the nation but also global world, urging parents and guardians to provide a nurturing environment that fosters positive communication and character development for their kids.

The multiple award winning realtor took advantage of the occasion to encourage parents and guardians to invest in the future of children in the area of education and shelter through ‘land banking,’ saying Pelican Valley has a package on land banking that addresses such need.
