OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that amid the senate dispute, the Former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili, on Thursday condemned the six-month suspension imposed on Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan by the Senate, calling it a “vicious abuse of power.”

OTN News further reports that the Former Minister who vent her opinion via a post on X (formerly Twitter) criticized the Senate for not addressing the sexual harassment allegations raised by Natasha against Senate President Godswill Akpabio, adding that instead the senate chose “the ignoble path of vicious abuse of power and desecration of our public institution.”
