NTA Pioneer Forum Celebrates Orunto of Owu Kingdom High Chief Biodun Lasile on Birthday

The Pioneer Forum of NTA Abeokuta has rolled out the drums to celebrate one of its own whose birthday falls on January 2, High Chief Biodun Lasile, the Orunto of Owu Kingdom.

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that the birthday felicitation message for the Owu King maker was released by a veteran broadcaster of NTA Abeokuta scion, Mr. Segun Ojelade earlier today on behalf of the Forum.

In a tone of utmost excitement, Mr. Ojelade on behalf of the forum, stated that High Chief Biodun Lasile is the first on our list of Birthday celebrants for the year" 

He further noted that the High Chief and a Kingmaker, the Orunto of Owu Kingdom of Abeokuta, 'Chief Biodun Lasile is a Distinguished Pioneer member of the Forum having started his illustrious Broadcasting career at NTA Abeokuta as a Cameraman back in those days.

He further noted that the celebrant was in fact, among the best in his days as a cameraman at NTA Abeokuta. 

"Our celebrant of today answered the call of Tradition in September, 2023 when he was installed as the Orunto of Owu Kingdom Abeokuta and a member of Kingmaker," Ojelade added.

He also stressed that Biodun Lasile, who is the founder of SixthSense initiative that promotes integrity , cultural reawakening as well as the culture of reading among children and youths has made significant contributions to both broadcasting and the society at large, hence worthy of being celebrated.

He therefore enjoined all well wishers to join the NTA Abeokuta Pioneers Forum to celebrate Chief Biodun Lasile, a distinguished pioneer and the Orunto of Owu Kingdom, Abeokuta as he marks his Birthday today.

"May God continue to Bless him, grant him good health, peace of mind, and long life. Happy birthday and happy new year  Orunto! "he prayed for the celebrant.
