Newly Elected Edo Governor, Deputy Receives Certificates of Return From INEC

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Thursday, September 26, formally issued certificates of return to the newly elected Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, and his deputy, Hon. Denis Idahosa.

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News gathered that he National Commissioner, Mrs. Rhoda Gomos, representing INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, handed over the certificates during a ceremony held at the INEC headquarters in Abuja.

Prominent figures, including APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, National Secretary Senator, Bashiru Ajibola, Minister for Niger Delta Affairs, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, Senator Adams Oshiomhole, and Edo State Deputy Governor, Phillip Shuaibu, among others, attended the event.
