NECO Releases 2024 SSCE Results With Simple Steps for Online Checking, Blacklists 21 Supervisors For Malpractices

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has officially released the 2024 SSCE internal examination results.

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that  that the announcement was made on Thursday, September 19, by NECO Registrar/Chief Executive, Professor Dantani Wushishi, during a press briefing in Minna.

Wushishi also revealed that NECO has blacklisted 21 supervisors across 12 states and de-recognized a school in Ekiti State due to widespread cheating in three subjects.

Here are the simple steps on how to check your NECO 2024 results online:

1. Visit the official NECO portal at [www.neco.gov.ng](https://www.neco.gov.ng), which is the only authorized platform for result checking.

2. On the homepage, select the ‘NECO Results’ option to proceed to the result-checking section, then click "Check Results." 

Alternatively, you can go directly to the result portal at [results.neco.gov.ng](https://results.neco.gov.ng).

3. Enter your examination details, including your exam year (2024), exam type (June/July or Nov/Dec), and your unique examination number.

4. Input the token required for access, which can be purchased directly from the NECO website, and submit to view your results.
