Abdulmumuni Abiola, a son of late Nigerian politician and billionaire, Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola has revealed that his father bequeathed £650,000 to his first four wives in his will but his elder brother deprived some members of the family of their inheritance.

Abdulmumuni shared the will on Seun Okinbaloye's "Mic On Podcast" aired on Saturday, 5th October, 2024.

As gathered by OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News, according to the will, the first wife, Simbiat, received £300,000, the second wife, Kudirat, received £150,000, the third wife, Moriamo, received £100,000 and the fourth wife, Idiat, received £100,000.

Abdulmumuni, who is Kudirat Abiola's son, accused his elder brother, Kola, of denying him and his siblings their rightful inheritance.

He mentioned that the family underwent blood tests to determine the legitimate children entitled to inherit from their father's will.

Abdulmumuni explained that Kola cited British law, arguing that since their mother died before their father, the £150,000 allocated to Kudirat could not be released.

Kola also claimed he did not receive the £300,000 meant for his own mother, as she had also passed away.

Abdulmumuni recounted that after the death of his parents, he and his siblings faced financial hardship, with his mother's apartment in the UK sold by Kola without informing them.

He accused Kola of systematically impoverishing their side of the family and expressed that he could not forgive him for these actions.

In addition, Abdulmumuni recalled struggling to survive in the UK as a child. His sister made braids to earn money, while another sister gave speeches at American Universities for modest fees.

He claimed that while the other wives of Abiola received their shares, Kola specifically targeted their mother's side, leaving them to struggle financially despite the wealth left behind.
