A septuagenarian woman, Fatima Jimoh, shared that even though she was unwell, she made the decision to leave her sick bed and cast her vote in the Edo Governorship election due to her deep respect and admiration for former Governor Adams Oshiomhole.

As gathered by OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News, Jimoh, who was physically supported by her daughter throughout the process, emphasized that her primary motivation was to bring happiness to Oshiomhole by contributing to the success of his party in the election.

After voting at Unit 3, Ward 10, Iyamho Primary School, Jimoh reflected on her condition and her commitment.

She stated that "I’m not feeling well, but my admiration for Oshiomhole compelled me to leave my bed and ensure that I voted.”
