Guinness World Records Sew-A-Thon Attempt: APC Youth League Leader Lamide Lawal Shows Solidarity for Ogun Youth

The National President of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth League, Hon. Lamide Lawal has charged Nigerian youths to learn at least one skill in order to find their footing in the global scheme of relevance, adding that the Sew-A-Thon attempt by one of Ogun's youths, is a commendable move.
The APC Youth League Leader made this known during his personal visit to the venue of the Sew-A-Thon event staged by one of Ogun Youths, Kuforiji Oluwaseun who is currently on the verge of breaking the Guinness world records of most sewing hours by an individual, tagged SEW-A-THON for non-stop 120hours.
Hon. Lawal noted that his solidarity visit to the creative youth who organized the record-breaking attempt is In line with Governor Dapo Abiodun's agenda of encouraging and supporting young people who excel in their chosen career as a way of inspiring other youths.
In his words, "I used the medium to appreciate Seun’s courage and encouraged him to keep pushing for the best as we have a Governor that is "youth-centric" and would always honour excellence.
He further said that he cannot but "use the medium to appeal to my fellow youths to take up at least one skill as a means of enriching themselves for future tasks while assuring them of government support, as usual."
Expressing his utmost pride in the innovative moves of the Guinness World Records breaker attempt by Kuforiji, Lamide Lawal maintained that "Ogun State will continue to be on the global map for positive reasons"
