Breaking: Truck Driver Crushes Six Persons to Death in Abeokuta

At least, six persons have been killed in a fatal accident that occurred at Enu gada Lanfenwa, Abeokuta, Ogun State on Thursday night.

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News gathered that the reckless truck driver rammed into the six people and crushed them to death.

Although the Public Relations Officer of the Ogun State Traffic Compliance Agency, Babatunde Akinbiyi has confirmed the tragic incident, he revealed that further details will be given later as men of the agency have been deployed to the scene of the accident.

However, an eyewitness who craves anonymity has said that the truck lost control, crashing into a vehicle, a commercial motorcycle, and pedestrians walking along the roadside at about 9 pm on Thursday night.

The eyewitness described the horrific scene, saying, “I think the truck lost control and rammed into a vehicle and a motorcycle, including some pedestrians who were walking by the roadside.”
