President Bola Tinubu has congratulated his son, Seyi Tinubu, who clocks 40, commending him for his leadership virtues of being focused, courageous, and humble, urging him to continue to make his family and the nation proud.
OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that President Tinubu,in a birthday message personally signed by him on Sunday, praised Seyi for his determination, leadership qualities, and commitment to building and uplifting others.
In the President's words, “Today, as you turn forty, I thank Almighty God for your life and the man you have become. You have walked your path with focus, courage, and humility, and you have done so with a heart that seeks to build, serve, and uplift others."
He noted that from an early age, Seyi had shown a strong desire to create and lead, adding that his ability to turn “ideas into institutions and challenges into opportunities” reflects his impact-driven lifestyle.
Tinubu wrote, “In business and in service, you have shown that true success is not measured by wealth or power but by the impact we make and the lives we touch.”
The President described 40 as “a special age that bridges youthful drive and the more profound wisdom that life brings,” commending his son’s dedication to the values of discipline, integrity, and hard work.
“Our entire family is proud of you. We are proud of the family you are building with Layal, your devotion as a husband and father, and your commitment to making a difference in your generation,” he said.
Tinubu also prayed for divine blessings upon Seyi, wishing him wisdom, good health, and peace in the years ahead.
“Happy 40th birthday, my son. You have made us proud, and I know you will continue to make Nigeria proud,” the statement added.
