NBA Abeokuta Branch Visits Pelican Valley, Passes Vote of Confidence on Adeyemo, Pledge Collaborations

The Abeokuta branch of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) has commended the Pelican Valley CEO Ambassador Babatunde Adeyemo for his strides in real estates, expressing its readiness to collaborate with Nigerian frontline real estate firm towards building a better society.
OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that the branch of legal association made this known during a visit to the Pelican Valley Estate on Friday.
The branch revealed that it has done a background check on the firm and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ambassador (Dr) Babatunde Adeyemo, behind it and came to the conclusion that both the Pelican Valley and the real estate entrepreneur driving the vision are impeccable entities.
OTN News further reports that a delegation of the NBA Abeokuta 2025 Dinner Planning Committee was led to the Pelican Valley CEO’s office at The Podium within the Pelican Valley Estate Laderin, where unusual homes happen by Barr. Biola Adesanya.
Other members of the delegation included Ms Motolani Oyedeji(member, NBA Abeokuta 2025 Dinner Planning Committee), Mr Gabriel Agboola (member, NBA Abeokuta, Treasurer), Mr Adeleke Peter(member, NBA Abeokuta), Ms Grace Oganiji(member, NBA Abeokuta) and Ms Juliet Odey Adinya.
Adesanya who noted that the delegation was highly impressed with the unique offerings and innovations brought to bear into real estate business by the Pelican Valley Estate.
He affirmed that the recommendation by the NBA Abeokuta to forge a partnership with him shows that he is a man of “good antecedents.”
He said it was both surprising and rare to know that Adeyemo has been operating his real estate business for over 15 years without court litigations or running into bank debt, declaring that the ‘poster boy of real estate ‘ in Ogun State “deserves accolades and an award” for that feat.
The learned lawyer explained that it is his firm belief that a “smart businessman” should strive to avoid letting a business dispute end in a lawsuit, saying if the matter goes to the court, it has the potential to “cripple the business somehow” or keep it in “abeyance.”
Also speaking, Bar. Motolani Oyedeji expressed optimism that a collaboration between NBA Abeokuta and Pelican Valley will be beneficial, noting that the branch looks forward to a long term relationship.
She said, “We have done our check, and when the recommendation came, it was great and fantastic. You are a good person we can work with and give us rest of mind when we recommend clients. We believe working with us will be beneficial.
“We are hoping that the relationship we are going to build will go beyond this year. We are looking forward to a long term relationship with you.”
In his response, Ambassador Babatunde Adeyemo commended the delegation and the body it represents for finding him worthy of their partnership.
The veteran broadcast journalist – turned real estate practitioner, said he ventured into the nation’s real estate industry to change the narrative, stressing that he has been doing that with integrity, perseverance, due diligence and quality delivery.
While welcoming the partnership, he pledged to also identify with every worthy cause of the NBA Abeokuta, especially this year’s edition of end of year dinner with the theme,’ African Grandeurs – The 80s.
