Jolaoso Commends Tejuoso, Harps on Alumni Contributions to Institutional Repositioning Agenda

The Rector, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Arc. (Dr.) Babatunde 'Koye Jolaoso has commended the headship of the Department of Mass Communication in the Polytechnic, Dr.Wasiu Tejuoso, on his giant strides to reposition the department to it's enviable position as the Flagship of the Polytechnic.
OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that the Rector gave the commendation mid week when he, in the company of the institution's Deputy Rector, Dr. Mrs. Yetunde Lanre-Iyanda, paid a visit to the Head of Department in his newly refurbished state-of-the-art office shortly after delivering a one year in office commemorative broadcast on the campus Radio located within the Department.
Dr. Jolaoso commended Dr. Tejuoso, who is also the first Alumni member of the Department to become a Head of his alma mater Department, for the landmark infrastructural developments put in place at the Department, calling on other Heads of Department in the Polytechnic to emulate the strategic and visionary leadership of Dr. Tejuoso.
Similarly, the Deputy Rector, Dr. Mrs. Yetunde Lanre-Iyanda expressed deep satisfaction with the refurbishment of the office of the Head of Department, noting that the developmental strides achieved by the Alumni Head of Department are both commendable and emulatable.
OTN News recalls that, among other things, the Dr. Tejuoso-led administration had also masterminded the refurbishment of the Department's newsroom in collaboration with the 1994 AMACOS Alumni set of the Department
