Follow Up: Nathaniel Bassey Recounts How He Got His Invite to Minister At Trump's Inaugural Prayer Breakfast

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA OTN News reports that popular gospel singer, Nathaniel Bassey, has recounted how he got his invite to minister at the US Presidential inaugural prayer breakfast.

OTN News further reports that Bassey recounted the process that led to his invitation while sharing his testimony at Pastor Poju Oyemade’s World Faith Believers Convention (WOFBEC).

The renowned gospel singer explained that he received a phone call from Reverend Merrie Turner, who had been praying when God instructed her to invite Bassey to “release His glory over the United States.”

According to Bassey, Reverend Turner’s words were: “My name is Reverend Turner, I was in prayer, and the Lord says to me to send for you to come release the glory of God over our Nation, America.”

OTN News further reports that this invitation has led to Bassey’s upcoming ministration at the prestigious event in Washington, DC. where he will join other faith leaders and dignitaries to offer prayers and worship for the incoming president and his government.
