In recognition of the outstanding cutting edge creativity and innovation he has brought to bear in real estate business in Nigeria, particularly through the Ecostay Apartment Initiative, the Board of PR PRIMUS LIMITED has nominated (Dr.) Babatunde Muritala Adeyemo, CEO Pelican Valley, as the Most Innovative Real Estate Developer of the year 2024.
OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA OTN News recalls that the Awardee, Amb. Adeyemo is an accomplished journalist, realtor and developer par excellence with over two decades of combined experience in media and real estate.
45-year-old Babatunde Adeyemo graduated from the prestigious University of Lagos (UNILAG), where he studied Industrial Relations and Personnel Management.
He worked as a News Reporter with Muhri International Television (MITV), Lagos and later established Pelican Valley.
