Breaking News:Journalist, Fisayo Soyombo Allegedly Arrested By Soldiers, Detained In Port Harcourt

Frontline Nigerian Investigative Journalist, Fisayo Soyombo has been reportedly arrested and detained by the Nigerian Army.
OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that his alleged arrest was confirmed by Foundation For Investigative Journalism, FIJ in a statement released on its official X handle.
According to FIJ, Soyombo has been in detention for more than 72 hours as at the time of filing this report.
The tweet reads: "The 6 Division of the Nigerian Army in Port Harcourt has been detaining our founder 'Fisayo Soyombo 3 days running."
Meanwhile, the Army has not reacted to the alleged arrest and detention of the investigative journalist.
Soyombo Is known for his Investigative Reporting On High-profile issues such as: Corruption, Abuse Of Power, And Human Rights Violations.
It would be recalled that in November, the Investigative Journalist has released some videos to establish his smuggling allegations involving Officers of the Nigerian Customs Service (NCS).
In a statement issued across his social media platforms, Soyombo had alleged that Customs Personnel had conspired with a Smuggler, to Illegally pass about 2000 Cars and also smuggle In bags Of Rice Into The Country, among other things.
