Anthony Joshua Visits President Tinubu in Lagos, Presents Him an Autographed Glove

Nigerian boxing champion, Anthony Joshua has paid Nigerian President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu a surprise visit at the Ikoyi residence of the President in Lagos, presenting an autographed boxing glove to him.
OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that the autograph glove presented to the President by the British-Nigerian boxer, signed “To the Great Asiwaju Jagaban Borgu of Africa, Bola A. Tinubu.”
OTN News further reports that this was seen via images by the Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, on Wednesday, January 1.
The caption reads: “Champ #anthonyjoshua pays Homage to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his residence in Lagos. Presents him with his autographed glove.”
OTN News had earlier reported that Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun state two days ago announced plans by his administration to construct a brand new Anthony Joshua Indoor Boxing Ring in the state.
Furthermore, Abiodun also announced that the two-time former world heavyweight boxing champion would be lighting the Gateway Games National Sports Festival torch, which has been postponed till May next year.
OTN also reported that the governor revealed that the Two-time world heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, will be given a new house in the state.
The governor made this known on Monday when he hosted the boxer in his office in Abeokuta, the state capital.
