Peller Involved in Car Accident During Live Streaming While Driving

OPEN TELEVISION NAIJA (OTN) News reports that popular Nigerian TikTok personality and online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, popularly known as Peller has crashed his car during a live broadcast, landing him in an hospital, an incident many online users believe followed emotional distress.
OTN News further reports that the update was disclosed in videos circulating on social media, which show Peller visibly upset in a clip recorded shortly before the incident.
In the video, he was heard making troubling remarks after a disagreement related to his personal relationship, though the claims remain unverified.
Shortly after the drama, the TikToker went live while driving. OTN News observes that during the stream, he made a sudden turn and crashed into a culvert, causing the vehicle’s airbag to deploy and abruptly ending the broadcast.
In subsequent clips shared online, bystanders, by-passers and well-meaning Nigerians were seen rushing to the scene to check on him and offer help. Peller appeared conscious after the crash.
The incident has however, since triggered intense reactions online, with many Nigerians expressing concern for his wellbeing and calling for greater attention to mental health, especially among young content creators under public pressure.
As of the time of this report, Peller has not issued an official statement clarifying the circumstances surrounding the crash, while authorities have also not released any formal report on the incident.
