Christians Urged to Be Fearless Amid Daunting Global Challenges

Christians in Nigeria and across the world, have been urged to connect to the frequency of divine powers of the Holy Spirit in order to become fearless victors amidst myriads of current harsh socio-economic realities confronting the world today.

This charge formed the central focus of a sermon delivered by Special Superior Evangelist Olusegun Aninkan during the Sunday service at the Celestial Church of Christ Ibara Cathedral Abeokuta today.

The preacher, who is a notable elder among the Egba Council of Elders of the Celestial Church of Christ, reminded Christians,especially members of the Celestial Church of Christ worldwide, that the grace of God that worked for the body of Christ in the historic olden days of Church revival is still available to be tapped by willing and consecrated Christians today, noting that it is sin that cripples people with fear and cuts off the body of Christ in today's world from experiencing true apostolic Miracles and divine interventions.

Evangelist Aninkan emphasized that miracles of God that have happened in the past are real and can still happen today if only God's people live a righteous life.

"Where there is no righteousness,genuine miracles from God do not happen," he maintained, defining a miracle as "an occurrence that is divinely orchestrated, taking place on earth to solve real and existing problems for human but taking against the law of nature."

Taking his text from Zephaniah chapter 7, which was the first Bible reading for the glorious Sunday service, Evang. Aninkan affirmed that Christians today should avoid buying into the wrong but popular belief that death is the end of man, noting that there are dimensions of judgements of God against the wicked both here on earth, and in the life beyond this earth.

(CERWOYAN) during a Special presentation to women during the Sunday service appealed to Celestial women to buy into the vision of CERWOYAN league, noting that women have a crucial role to play in bringing back the revival flames of genuine love of God in the church as well as in the world today.

Quoting from the watchword scriptures of CERWOYAN league, Luke 8:1- 3, Mother Celestial Ohu encouraged more women to join the Certain Women league in order to ensure that the visions of women helping and empowering women within the church becomes a reality.
